Im autistic and dyspraxic. I was diagnosed as a child. I am not an epidemic. I am a person. Your comments about disability are ignorant, harmful, and deeply ableist. You appear repulsed by disabled people, to see us as useless objects.
“…the current epidemic of childhood disability is not a medical problem. It is a cultural failure. Telling children that they are disabled, and unable to cope with the demands of life, is setting them up for a life of dependency and unfulfilled potential” spiked-online.com/2026/04/03…

If you’ve got nothing to hide, you’ve got nothing to worry about.” Disabled people hear this all the time… and it completely ignores reality. Because we do have something to worry about. We worry about being disbelieved. We worry about being watched, questioned, and judged. We worry about losing the support we rely on to survive. We worry about systems that have already got it wrong—over and over again. This isn’t about “hiding something.” It’s about living under constant scrutiny just to prove we deserve basic support. When you’ve seen people wrongly investigated, payments stopped, or lives turned upside down… you don’t get the luxury of blind trust. So no, this isn’t paranoia. It’s lived experience. And disabled people shouldn’t have to earn the right to feel safe. #DisabilityRights #DisabledVoices #NothingToHide #BenefitsSystem

I need to add that Dr Katie Musgrave is a GP and does not diagnose ADHD patients. Literally not her job at all. So she’s lying. So this is very blatantly a planted Labour piece before the horrific benefit cuts. Same wording “perverse incentives” as Labour MPs were using 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
🗣️ "Perverse incentives are currently labelling a generation of children as neuro-diverse, while locking many into a dependence on state benefits," writes @dr_musgrave. 🔗: telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/04…

We had 14 years of Tory government Year on year, the party became more extreme, more xenophobic, more venal Using Austerity to hollow out the Public Sector closing libraries, youth clubs, swimming pools Punishing the vulnerable They then moved to Reform to finish off the job
Replying to @MelJStride
"Keir Starmer’s Labour blames everyone but themselves." You left us with 14 years of Chaos, Fraud, Incompetence and you think we forget? We do not forget. Nor do we forgive.

Keir Starmer said he reversed cuts to the winter fuel allowance because he recognises we're still in a cost of living crisis. Meanwhile, he's cutting disability benefits by 50%. Are disabled people not in a cost of living crisis? @Keir_Starmer @stephenctimms @patmcfaddenmp
As of today, Labour’s welfare cuts mean if you become sick or disabled, you get 50% less support. These are people medically unfit for work, being punished for jobs that don't even exist. When In opposition Labour said they would protect the vulnerable. Heartbreaking.

Now when you are referred by a GP to the hospital you go to the hospital. From April 1st at least 25% of those people will have their referrals canceled. By a system that is paid £33 a time to do it. Like in the USA your money is being spent to BLOCK your treatment.

We warned MPs what @UKLabour's PIP & UC Bill, now #UCAct would do. It's doing it. Many health conditions have no treatment. The DWP pretends they just go away. 'A cruel penalty’: disabled people face lower benefit payments if conditions not deemed lifelong theguardian.com/politics/202…

I don't know about you but I'm tired of all these tax dodging billionaire paedophiles controlling and ruining everything for the rest of us. They buy politicians, platforms, influence and apparently protection, while normal people fight to afford basics.
This is Lord Rothermere. He is a billionaire who owns the Daily mail. He lives and works in Britain, but opts out of paying tax in Britain. He is so patriotic he has avoided paying millions and millions (perhaps hundreds of millions) in tax by being a ‘non dom’ despite living here. No wonder he’s scared of the Green party who want to tax the rich.

In the 1930s a party demonised disabled & chronically ill people. We all know how that turned out.
I fucking hate how toxic the house is towards the sick & disabled, just listen to the entitled Kemi Badenoch demonising those who can’t work AGAIN🤬 A Labour PM should be calling her out not saying ‘well you did more for them than us’ FFS , disabled people are HUMAN !! #pmqs

Ableism is more than treating disabled people differently. It is discrimination, devaluation and dehumanization of disabled people. Disabled people have value. Disabled people have merit. Disabled people are worthy. Disabled people are not a burden.

2012: Rachel Reeves “Close to tears” and “angry” at welfare cuts. 2026: Rachel Reeves is delivering even more devastating cuts with a smile. @RachelReevesMP, what happened to the empathy you had when you were in opposition? The people you're hurting haven't changed. #MayElections
Keir Starmer slammed the Tories for cutting £20 week (£1000 a year) from Universal Credit, saying they were 'turning their back on the poorest' & driving families into hardship? Now in power, he's slashing £47/week (£2,444 year) from UC + more cuts incoming 🙃 @Keir_Starmer

Cutting welfare spending is just going to increase poverty and hurt the economy. For some reason Starmer's Labour, the Tories and Reform decided those were good outcomes.
