@andrewfeinstein sits down with @AvaSantina on the @politicsjoe podcast to discuss the recent by-election, the failure of politicians across the globe to represent the most urgent needs of the people they represent, and the war machine propping up horror across the globe.

My recent interview on Politics Joe, explaining how the US, UK & EU could stop the killing in Gaza within a couple of weeks. By stopping arms supplies to Israel. By not doing so they are complicit in the slaughter

We all know about Man City, but how much of UK does the UAE really own?
I investigated for @MiddleEastEye. Tracing Emirati-linked holdings in the UK took me from the glitz of Mayfair’s Berkeley Square to the pub and back, via the high street pound shop.

The arms industry ranks these companies as “anti-corruption”, but they each appear in multiple corruption cases in the Corruption Tracker.

Anduril will soon be taking all the billion-dollar contracts for autonomous weapons from Western governments like Australia and across Europe, locking our "security" even further into the US tech-bro mentality of warmongers like Palmer Luckey

Detailed and acute review of Making A Killing, the new book from my SWI colleagues (with a little help from me). Very excited this will be out in November, and that people will get to hear from a new generation of incredible investigators: Ruth Rohde and Jack Cinamon.
In Making a Killing, the authors argue that “the arms trade is the backbone of state power under US hegemony", with Israel and Saudi Arabia representing two “strategic poles” of maintaining US power in the Middle East

In the US targeting of Osama bin Laden, there was a set civilian casualty threshold of 30. In Gaza, it was reportedly 15-20 civilians per junior Hamas member, over 100 civilians for a senior official, and 300 civilians were approved as collateral to kill commander Ayman Nofal.

@TransitionSec new report by @KhemRogaly and @cashmank_ challenges the case for higher UK military spending, exposing billions wasted on overseas operations and procurement failures. Before demanding more, shouldn’t the government explain where the money already spent has gone?

This is Jennifer Gerber. She was @AndyBurnham’s principal adviser during his 3 ministerial roles from 2007-10
After Labour lost the 2010 election, she became executive director of Israeli embassy front group "Labour Friends of Israel" (LFI). She would stay in the role for a decade, playing a leading role in the campaign to destroy pro-Palestinian Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn from 2015-19
Gerber is still listed as a director of LFI on Companies House
Andy Burnham was funded by LFI and Israeli Foreign Ministry in 2004 to go on a propaganda tour of Israel. The then chair of LFI was James Purnell. Burnham recently appointed Purnell as his chief of staff in No 10
At the LFI leadership hustings in 2015, Burnham said that Israel would be the first place he visited if he won the Labour leadership race. The year after, Burnham joined LFI
The lobby has the whole political class sewn up
