I know there are a handful of you who are planning to vote 3rd party but I IMPLORE you to reconsider. I respect how informed you are, how strong your values are, and how unhappy you are that there isn't a more progressive candidate. But we NEED you.
i'm finding that starting a meeting 5-10 minutes past is more effective for having a breather in between than trying to end 5-10 mins early. ending early feels more like a suggestion, and momentum is harder to stop; whereas nobody is joining a meeting earlier than they have to 😆

tired: only set up a meeting with a clear agenda and specific desired outcome
wired: creating space for unstructured conversation now that we never have extraneous or unplanned in-person encounters is super valuable
