Kevin McHale on Larry Bird in today's NBA
“These are the same dudes that can’t guard Luka Doncic, and Luka Doncic is lighting them up.”
“And I’m thinking, ‘Larry is bigger, stronger, faster, and meaner than Luka Doncic. And if Luka is lighting these dudes up, it’d be a five-alarm fire what Larry would do.’”
McHale also added: “Larry would go by you a hell of a lot faster than Luka would go by you. He was a straight-line driver, and he was also just a horse.”
Bird's three straight MVPs, three championships and all around game already speak for themselves. But McHale believes today's NBA would make Larry even more dangerous.
Do you agree with Kevin McHale? Would Larry Bird dominate today's NBA?

Seattle Storm minority owner Celeste Keaton has been fined by the WNBA and suspended for her team's next five home games following an incident Tuesday night involving a pair of Sophie Cunningham fans, per @CasNegley
The incident reportedly occurred when the two young women, wearing shirts for a brand advocating against the inclusion of transgender women in women's sports, held up signs reading "We love you Sophie" and "Thank you Sophie for speaking up for girls" while sitting courtside for the Fever-Storm game.
Their appearance came a week after Cunningham made comments against transgender inclusion.

What a day celebrating the new Edward F. Woods Gymnasium at Fidelity House in Arlington. Wish he was here to see it, but I know he was with us. Excited for the next generation to put this beautiful facility to use and carry on the legacy.

New Boston Celtics owner Bill Chisholm tells ESPN: "The team is in a great place right now, and I'm very sensitive to that. Wyc, Brad (Stevens) and Joe (Mazzulla) have done amazing jobs... My approach is to win and raise banners. That's in the near term and the long term."

We lost a giant in our community over the weekend. Mr. Woods lived a life of service as the Director of @fidelityhouse for 40+ years. My first travel basketball coach and a true teacher of the game of life. He’s left a legacy that will not be forgotten.
