JAKUSDRAW | COMMISSIONS OPEN | DM FOR COMMS

We've been seeing these questions in our comments, so we wanted to address it: 1. We're still in beta, so our main focus is on stabilizing the platform and ensuring it's bug-free. 2. We charge 0% creator fees, and that's a promise we're keeping. However, that means less revenue for the platform, and less of a marketing budget. Right now, everything we earn goes toward keeping the site running (hosting, development). We're not a investor-backed company, we're self-funded and building this out of our own savings. If you'd prefer we add a small client-side fee to fund a proper marketing budget, we'd like to hear your thoughts below. 3. Artists are getting commissions on the platform every day, even if it's not always visible publicly, and we currently have more clients signed up than artists. That said, we can't guarantee commissions for every artist, things like portfolio, pricing, and niche play a big role, and those are outside our control. What we can do is keep growing the client base, and we're working on that. We're often compared to other platforms that have been established for years, but we've been live for only 6 months now. Growth takes time, and we're working on it. The best form of free marketing we have right now is word of mouth. Thank you for those putting in a good word for our platform, it goes a long way. 💜
