Members of the @Yorspace and @loficoho team will be at the @jrf_uk Homestead Park festival this weekend.
Come find us at the Sanctuary of the Hopeful Sun pavillion for community land ownership chat, cooperatives & crafting!
People on hand to be quizzed about Lowfield Green
Hello.
Our partners @loficoho are looking for a new household to fill the final home at Lowfield Green.
Are you that household or do you know somebody?
We're only 2 months away from completion so need to move swiftly.
See here for more details mailchi.mp/319c5ae3cd37/we-h…
Looking forward to the weekend...
The @Yorspace AGM is happening on #WorldCLTDay2025
And @loficoho will be there hosting a #coop open day on the village green @ Lowfield Green 10am-2pm
Come and say hello and bask (hopefully) in the sunshine with York's #housingcoop 😀

Community ownership and people centred development is at the heart of what we do. Believe in each other and our potential.
Today the Chancellor is talking about growth.
We've joined forces with leaders locally and nationally to make a clear call to back community ownership and drive growth people can see and feel in their local area.

This was a really exciting day for me and my growing family to be watching on as our future neighbours' homes got craned into position.
There have been many times when we had thought that it wasn't going to happen
Delighted to report that it looks like it finally is 😆
Doing some digital decluttering ill in bed today...
I *think* I might have got a bit too much into my chickens when we had them..
RIP Georgia, Helen & Mrs Tipple
