What we learned: it holds two characters and a world together across 30 seconds better than stitching shots. It still can't be trusted with a fight move, so plan to patch.

We're still on the hunt for the right video-gen platform for this series, so each episode doubles as a test. This one ran on Atlas Cloud:
1. Rough black-and-white storyboard to lock the story first
2. A start frame for each shot
3. Seedance 2.5 drafts at 480p, and the whole edit cut on the drafts
4. Once the edit was approved, native 1080p for every shot with a readable face. The camouflage shot was upscaled locally with SeedVR2, which beat Real-ESRGAN by a clear margin.
5. No music until lift-off. Before that it's the model's own Foley.
