The Beat: Mirror in the Bathroom (TOTP 1980)
The group's third single (and my personal favourite by The Beat) from their classic debut album, I Just Can't Stop It. It became their highest-charting single in the UK Top 40, peaking at #4. The song has since enjoyed many accolades such as being named one of the best singles of 1980 by NME and Sounds magazines. In 1995 it was released on 12" followed by a CD single release in 1996, tying in promotion for their compilation B.P.M.: The Very Best of the Beat.
