Happy New Year! City Hall will close at 12noon on Tuesday, December 31st to walk in customers in order to perform year end closing.
Who is ready for @SheriffJeepFest? The Cruise-In and Show n' Shine are Friday 8-30-24 in downtown Jasper!
City Hall will close Friday 9-1-23 at 2PM and re-open Tuesday 9-5-23 at 8AM. Have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day!

The northbound (west) travel lane and center lane will be closed in the vicinity of Elizabeth Street TONIGHT 3-8-23 starting at 7:00PM. Flaggers will be onsite to assist with traffic flow using the southbound (east) travel lane. Please use caution in this area!
City Hall will close to walk in traffic at Noon on Friday 12-30-22, but will still be available by telephone until 5pm. Please call us 706-692-9100 or 706-692-9102 if you need to report leaks or outages.

We are extremely grateful that @savinglives awarded the Jasper Fire Department with a grant for new vehicle extrication tools! Thanks to the gracious donation, Jasper is safer for citizens and visitors.
Avoid Cove Road between Burnt Mountain Rd and Grandview Road until further notice. There has been a single vehicle incident in the S curves - no injuries reported.

Avoid Highway 515 in the vicinity of Walmart - Southbound lanes are shut down due to a motor vehicle accident and only 1 Northbound lane is operating.
UPDATE - the intersection has been re-opened.
