🚨 "OH, YOU'RE GONNA HIT ME?" A white woman stood in front of a young Black man on the street, acted like he was going to hit her, and then hurled a RACIAL SLUR when his mom stepped in filming. "Why are you standing in front of me though?" he asks on video. She throws her hands up: "Oh, you're gonna hit me?" "Bro, move out my way," he tells her, as his mom steps in behind the camera: "Just gotta make sure you straight." The woman turns to the camera: "Oh my god, why is she in my face?" then flips the middle finger and yells the N-word at his mother before walking off as the crowd gasps. Why play the victim first and then drop a racial slur walking away?

🚨"THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED!" A racist white woman throws coffee at a Black landscaping company owner in Long Island, calls the police on him, and then argues in the officer's face while he reads the man's paid work order. Long Island, New York Business owner David Tallerico says he arrived in the neighborhood with his crew to complete a paid landscaping job when the woman walked up to his truck, threw her coffee at him, and hurled a racial slur before calling 911. When officers arrived and verified Tallerico's work order on the sidewalk, she still tried to order the police to kick his crew off the block: "They're not allowed!" "Do you own it?" Tallerico says instead of arresting her for assault and filing a false report, police let her walk with a warning. If the roles were reversed, would he have walked away without handcuffs?

EXPOSED: Tow truck driver FIRED after DASHCAM catches him screaming an ANTI-ASIAN RACIAL SLUR at a woman after driving through a stop sign. Cambridge, Massachusetts Video shows two company tow trucks passing through an intersection without stopping. As the second truck passed her, the driver leaned out his window, gave her the MIDDLE FINGER and shouted racist abuse. After the footage surfaced, Bostonian Towing announced the driver had been TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. The company called his behavior "racist, hateful, and unacceptable." Should a commercial driver caught running a stop sign and shouting racial slurs face consequences beyond losing his job?

NEW: A two-time Jeopardy champion in North Carolina has been arrested again less than three months after a judge spared him prison time and put him on probation. Now a judge has denied his bond and locked him in the Wake County Jail. According to an arrest warrant obtained by WBTV, 44-year-old Philip Joseph "Joey" DeSena of Raleigh was arrested on Friday and charged with 10 felony counts of second-degree exploitation of a minor. Investigators allege the development engineer duplicated unlawful explicit images and videos involving minors between the ages of 7 and 15. The arrest comes less than a year after DeSena turned himself in on December 1, 2025, on two felony counts of secret peeping in Currituck County. In that earlier case, deputies said he hid cameras inside a bedroom and a bathroom at a rental house in Corolla "with the intent to capture the image of another without their consent." Instead of prison time, a judge allowed DeSena to plead guilty on July 27 to five years of probation, 100 hours of community service, and a mental health evaluation. Under that plea deal, the judge did not even require him to register as a sex offender. Just months earlier, DeSena won two straight nights on Jeopardy in November 2024 to take home $44,698 before returning for the Champions Wildcard semifinals in January 2025. "It was a literal dream come true," DeSena said at the time while praising the show's crew and his fellow contestants. When someone pleads guilty to hiding cameras in a bedroom and bathroom, should a judge ever be allowed to hand them probation without sex-offender registration?

NEW: A West Virginia couple smiled in their booking photos after deputies rescued three orphaned children from their home in Evans. Erica Sayre, 45, and Clifford Gale Sayre, 46, are accused of tormenting the three orphans for years. According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, the couple kept the children in a real-life "House of Horrors," where they were repeatedly beaten, strangled, starved, and denied access to a bathroom. Investigators say the couple mocked the children about the deaths of their biological parents and told them they would be killed if they ever reported the abuse. Clifford Sayre reportedly stood by and watched as his wife beat the kids with household objects, causing "excessive bleeding injuries." Whenever the kids pushed back, she allegedly forced them to run barefoot on a gravel driveway and dumped dirty cat litter and dog feces into their beds. One child told deputies that Clifford restrained her hands while Erica "forcibly" cut her "hair with a razor blade, resulting in injury." "Mom hits us and Gale lets her," one child told investigators. "I can't go back to that home," another child pleaded, saying she "just wants a normal life." All three children have been removed from the home, though both suspects have already walked free on bond while facing six felony counts each. Should judges be allowed to grant bond in felony child abuse cases, or should suspects be held until trial?

🚨"NO ENERGY AT ALL": A 3-year-old boy got his dad's gun and fatally shot himself outside a Burger King and the sheriff says investigators have “no appetite” for charging the father. It happened Thursday in Bartow, Florida. Sheriff Grady Judd says the dad set his Glock down while trying to fix a declined credit card, and the boy picked it up from the backseat. Judd: "We would not have any energy at all for suggesting criminal charges." But Florida law can make it a third-degree felony when a child gets hold of a loaded gun left within reach. The sheriff doesn't make the final call. The case is now with State Attorney Brian Haas. No charges have been filed so far. Should the dad be charged?

🚨"SWIMMING WHILE BEING BLACK." A Black woman was swimming at her mom's apartment pool. A white woman demanded her mom's name and apartment number. She refused. So the woman called the police. It happened in Michigan in June. Nataasja Drake says she was visiting her mom, who lives at the complex. "I don't owe you an explanation," Drake told her. The woman sat down next to her: "If you don't live here, you can't come in." Drake kept filming: "I'm recording. I'm calm. I ain't did nothing. You walked up on me." Drake says the officer who showed up "tried his hardest not to laugh." We haven't seen any police statement. Does a guest owe a stranger her mom's name and apartment number, or is that the complex's job?

🚨 "Do not move unless I tell you to move." Police stood over ex-Cowboys star Dez Bryant with a rifle as he lay cuffed face-down in a Texas parking lot. Bryant says a driver threatened to shoot him. Police found no gun, then cited Bryant for assault. It happened Sunday around 1 PM outside Chiloso Mexican Bistro in Southlake. Bryant says two drivers cut him off, and one hinted he'd shoot him. Bryant admits warning, "You pull that gun… you better use it because if you don't I'm going to do something to you," and knocking the man's phone from his hand. Police say callers reported a fight and a possible weapon, so officers drew guns as a precaution. Bryant, 37, got a Class C citation. He says his daughters watched, an officer told him to "be the bigger person," and the probe was "very one-sided." Should the driver Bryant says threatened to shoot him have been cited too?

🚨 “TAKE YOUR N*GGER A** OUT OF HERE!” A racist white woman hurls a RACIAL SLUR at a Black man outside apartment complex who was simply doing his job. 📍 New Jersey The man says he and a coworker were visiting existing customers at an apartment complex when a woman and another man accused them of soliciting and called police. According to him, officers checked his license and left. But the confrontation didn’t end there. The woman approached him, pointed at him, demanded he leave and called him the N-WORD. “Just trying to feed my family,” he wrote, adding that he feared the confrontation could have turned deadly if they had a gun. QUESTION 🙋🏽‍♂️: What makes racists think they have the right to treat people this way?

🚨NO ARREST: A Black FedEx driver says this white business owner assaulted him and threatened to shoot him in the FACE. On camera, the driver says: "That's why you had to threaten with a gun." His answer: "Yup." LeRoy Vann says he was doing a routine pickup on Orange Avenue in Tallahassee during FAMU's homecoming. As he walked out with a case already scanned into FedEx's system, he says the owner chased him down, grabbed it, headbutted him, and said he'd get his "pistol." Police showed up, K-9 unit and all. A witness told them she saw everything. Vann asked to press charges. Police said they had to "do an investigation." Then, Vann says, an officer told him the owner "just didn't like the way you picked up the case." "If that was me doing that to him, I would have been in handcuffs." Is he right?

"Go back to your country." He was BORN HERE. A driving instructor was just doing his job in an empty church parking lot in Langley, B.C. Then a woman walked up, told him to leave the country, asked "You're teaching these people?" and complained about "a brown man." The video shows her GRABBING him. Langley RCMP say officers arrested a woman at the scene Wednesday morning. She's been released, hasn't been charged yet, and is expected in court. That's not a parking complaint. That's RACISM. Imagine being told to go home… while you're standing in it. Should this be a hate crime?

"I'm on LIVE!" That's what activewear founder Kia Buckley said after her sister walked in off camera and greeted her with the N-word. Then she told her viewers: "She said what's up, sissys." Her first statement only called it "a family member" using "a racial slur." Then the backlash hit, and she posted a tearful video admitting she tried to COVER IT UP. A model who worked with her brand Kikiva for over three years has now cut ties. She didn't say it. She just tried to make it disappear. Is that worse?

$16.5 MILLION… for 28 years of his life. Adam Carmon was locked up in 1994 for a murder conviction a judge later threw out, citing police and prosecutor misconduct and evidence kept from his defense. Now New Haven has agreed to pay. Connecticut had already paid him $7.9 million. Even the mayor said it: "I am deeply sorry." How many more men are still sitting in a cell for something they didn't do? You can't pay back 28 years. You can only make sure it never happens again.
