Some personal news … I have been incredibly blessed and fortunate the past 7 years to work in intercollegiate athletics for a place I love dearly, but yesterday was my last official day at @hailstate @msstate Huge thank you to my good friend @CoachDanMullen for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to join his staff in 2017. A heartfelt thank you to @BallCoachJoeMo and the late Mike Leach for allowing me to continue in that role. Sincere gratitude for another close friend and mentor, @JohnCohenAD, for allowing me to grow and move over to administration and be a member of his executive staff. I hope I provided leadership and direction that made each of you happy you decided to give me the opportunities you did. Thank you to the countless co-workers I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside. We’ve been through some battles together. We’ve walked some incredibly hard and difficult roads in these 7 years. We lost friends. We hurt. But we grew. And persevered. And won. Oh we won! And we had an absolute blast! There are literally hundreds and hundreds of student-athletes I’ve been blessed to work with and to call friends - far too many to thank here. Always know this: you guys and girls are rockstars. You are shining examples of what college athletics is supposed to be. I am a far better person for knowing you. I have been far from perfect, but I have always tried to keep our student athletes and their growth, development, and well-being as my guiding star while being the best representative of my alma mater I could. Although my time on staff at @hailstate is over, I will continue roaming the field as the sideline reporter for @hailststefb and @learfield. Stay tuned (or don’t 😂) for updates on my future plans. God bless and #HailState! Remember, at MISSISSIPPI State, faMily means everything. What a ride …

Make that @MartyMarg1 ‘s 2nd @Saints INT!!!! WhoDat?!

Nathaniel Lowe 😤 @HailStateBB

Will Stein is a star. I’ve said since his hire that it was the best off-season hire in the @SEC.

The @SEC officials in Tuscaloosa are absolute garbage tonight. Just really bad.

That’s Kirk. Always has been. Always will be. He’s so married to his buddy Craig James that his grudge has no end. Sad really. And to be honest he’s an average color guy.

This @Saints defense is absolutely atrocious.

Brett is a hack. His rankings have never been serious.

They are absolutely phenomenal and were largely unused seats anyway.

You too, Ryan. Hail State!

No. But I remember that game. I think I was on the winning team that game. We had Marlo Fair. He called game. But no we are referencing a game against Deweese when they had CJ Harris, Jeff Yarborough, etc. We played a little unconventionally you could say. Lynn was our coach. It was glorious.

This is so incredibly well done. 🫡

Or scoring for the other team . . . Or holding the ball for the entire quarter without shooting. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Brent texted me this morning with the news. A loss of a great man indeed. But a whole lot of people, me included, are better for having known him. Nothing will ever replace a certain SAY basketball game one Saturday morning at the Henderson gym. Iykyk. 😉 Godspeed and RIP, Mr. Russell

This @Saints offense is just bad.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

How in the world @AnthonyEvansIII catch is not an @espn top play on college Football Final is just lunacy. It’s almost like no one is actually watching football.

Oh my goodness.

Really good. The video folks are operating on a different level!

Thanks, Gavin! Look forward to seeing you guys next Saturday!
