Roster movement impacted plenty of programs around the DMV and yet @CG_Basketball remains one of the juggernauts let by top-60 ‘27 G J’Lon Lyons & his brother ‘26 G CJ Lyons to form one of the more dynamic backcourts in the area.
Look for ‘26 G Zoje Owinje + ‘26 F Jordan Houchins to move the needle, ‘27 F Isaiah Carpenter’s versatility to take center stage, ‘27 G Kai McKnight to put his name on the radar & ‘28 Nas Abraham to introduce himself as one of the best freshmen in the local class.

In the past 2 weeks @CG_Basketball has wins over:
Woodside
Neumann-Goretti
St. John’s
DeMatha
Academy of Central Florida
Ambassador Christian
Coach Paige and co have built a top 5 roster in the area and should be getting way more respect/run in conversations about DMV 🏀

Clinton Grace is back in the @mpscathletics championship game after a dominant win over rival Riverdale Baptist last night in the semis.
CG is one of the hottest teams in the area right now and will look for revenge against Highland in a rematch of last year’s MPSC championship game.
