Watch out for @fundedfamily. Locked out over an uneditable phone typo, I made an unfunded 2nd profile, passed KYC, and bought an account. They banned it, kept my funds, and said "Goodbye" when I asked why. Escalating to @PropFirmMatch! #PropFirm #ScamAlert

Their FAQ and terms do not mention anywhere that creating an unfunded 2nd profile due to platform locks results in an immediate permanent ban and confiscated funds, nor do they give you a way to contact support or edit profile info beforehand. Total trap!
Their 'Dispute' team gave zero warnings about uneditable profile glitches, took my money, and just shut the chat with a blunt "Goodbye." Zero accountability for their platform bugs!
Locked out initially due to a phone number typo with no option to edit it. Since my first profile was unactivated, I made a 2nd one, passed KYC, and bought an account. Instead of fixing it, they closed my 2nd account and kept my funds.
