Today, @WMSHCS. Shaquille O’Neal made a surprise visit. This was made possible through the advocacy of one of our very own Gentlemen of Quality mbrs. Because of his efforts, the experience was extended to other student groups as well. This experience was so meaningful.
Woodland Cluster Counselors had our first cluster meeting of the year. Discussing our goals and plans to work together for our Wolfpack community. #wearewoodland @PGE_HCS @WoodlandES_HCS @WMSHCS @WHS_HCS @sandywright1980
Gentleman of Quality closed out our year with father/son bonding time called “Man Cave”. Dads, granddads, and uncles gave up their Saturday to come be with their sons. We had food, had fellowship and poured words of wisdom into our guys. So proud to all our GQ members.
Wow!!!! The post says it all! Super proud of Gentlemen of Quality @WMSHCS
I declare I literally can not leave my office without running into something amazing going on, on campus involving our students or future students for that matter.
On the way to the cafe, I ran into #SSU alum (Class of 2002) and Woodland Middle School Counselor Jeff Miller from Stockbridge, GA
He brought students from The Gentlemen of Quality mentoring group on a tour of #SSU and greater Savannah to expose them to what is possible if they complete high school and go to college.
Not surprisingly, given the mentoring, the young men were bright, well mannered, and were asking all the right questions. They are on their way to great things for sure!
So if my math is right we are looking some members of the #SSU Class of 2034? Watch for them🙌🏾👏🏾

It’s always a pleasure to take our @WMSHCS ambassadors to the King Center to experience “Students with King”. This year I also decided to allow them the opportunity to experience Mary Mac’s Tea Room as well. Experiences and memories.
