We teamed up with Project Care for our monthly challenge. Students made holiday cards for local first responders, veterans, and hospital workers to give back. Students learned that giving, even small, brings joy to someone else. @WanamassaElem @A_DePasquale48 @WanamassaPTA
Challenge accepted… after reading “Boxes for Katje,”by Candace Fleming, we asked students to think of the little things they were thankful for. The challenge was to create the biggest “Gratitude Chain,” we could and it’s still growing! @WanamassaElem
Some 2nd grade students had a plan and were persistent enough to follow through! The “Kindness Klub” was a huge success, and students are already asking when it will be “open” again! @WanamassaElem @A_DePasquale48
