When you love what you do, there is no "work-life balance", there's just life. You never truly clock in, and you never truly clock out. You just exist in this never-ending state of chaos and creation.

In order to master a field, you must love the subject and feel a profound connection to it. Your interest must transcend the field itself and border on the religious.

Honestly can’t stop thinking about this study.
Dancing is *dramatically* more effective than our best attempts at treating depression, pharmaceutical or not.
It clearly has *massive* psychological benefits.
But how often do you dance?
Do you ever do it sober?
Did your therapist recommend dancing?
Are you on SSRIs but never dancing?
If this replicates and is taken seriously it’s potentially life changing for so many people.
I gotta dance more.
