‘IF I GO WILL THEY MISS ME’ starring Danielle Brooks and J. Alphonse Nicholson is now available on digital platforms following its theatrical run. The feature debut from writer-director Walter Thompson-Hernández follows 12-year-old Lil Ant, whose father returns home to Watts, Los Angeles after incarceration. Fascinated by Greek mythology, Lil Ant makes sense of his family through myth, seeing his father as Poseidon, his mother as Medusa and himself as Pegasus. Expanded from Thompson-Hernández’s Sundance-winning 2022 short of the same name, the film was shot in just 22 days and is Certified Fresh at 96% on Rotten Tomatoes.
