If someone has a negative opinion of another person online and has shared it with many others, then in the future they will have to interpret even positive communication from that person in a negative light. Otherwise, they’ll look bad.
It's such am unbelievably huge difference in not only work quality but life quality if you work with people who trust each other.
I wish the EU did regulate something useful. E.g. when i order something, i need to blacklist certain delivery services like GLS and DPD because they *never* deliver without problems and me ending up getting the parcel from random remote locations

The simplest way to make a flake automaticallly support all nixpkgs platforms supports was there all along. No other flakes needed!
`nix flake init` now does it right by default:

Life can be so simple and nice. You release a product. Customer buys it. Week later, customer sends you a mail telling you they enjoy the product but there is a problem. You research the problem, fix it, communicate back. Customer is thankful for buying from someone who cares.

Just learned that you don't need `treefmt-nix` any longer and can drop if from your flake inputs. This is amazing.
How often it happens that i started to trust Claude because i have seen it writing really smart Nix expressions - to then discover later that it's too lazy to use this capability everywhere when i find bad code again. It's not about model *quality* any longer.
I've "learned" so many things in my last 10 years of work life that i am currently "unlearning" with the results of making my team and me more effective and efficient.
Should we perhaps rename the "main" branch to "initial," since "main" suggests that the others aren't important and thus discriminates against the work of some?

What makes #Nix click for a lot of teams?
At PlanetNix, @jgalowicz pointed out that a lot of teams are focused on moving fast, scaling things, and figuring things out as they go, rather than over-planning everything upfront.
And Nix actually supports that way of working in a very practical sense, because it lets you test complex systems in a way that stays simple, fast, and reliable.
