Tony Stark was never supposed to exist. Earth-616 is the only timeline where Kang stole an infant Victor Von Doom out of Latveria and handed him to Howard Stark so he'd grow up to be Iron Man instead of destroying the multiverse.
go back and look at how the Sacred Timeline works. there's no Latveria, no Fantastic Four, and no Doctor Doom on Earth-616 until the exact moment Loki destroys the Loom and stops pruning branches. the TVA wasn't pruning timelines to stop Kang variants, they were wiping out every branch where the man with RDJ's face grew up in Latveria instead of Howard Stark's mansion.

Loki didn't show up at Steve and Peggy's door in 1945 just to recruit Captain America for Doomsday. he showed up because 1945 Steve is the last person in the multiverse holding a briefcase with all six Infinity Stones inside it.
everyone assumes Steve returned all the stones first and then went back to Peggy. if Loki intercepted him right as he sat down for that dance, that means the Avengers still have a full set of undestroyed Infinity Stones sitting in a 1945 living room waiting for Doctor Doom.

The AI source code was sold to Stark Industries in 2008 and was used for all of Stark’s AIs.
