Restarting developing my hobby project after exhausting OpenCode Go limits over the weekend.
Let me see how it goes.
I learn new things every day when I'm hands-on in using these AI tools.

No.
We have creative capability. We have done this before. We will do it again.
When you remove “imago dei,” this is what we end up with.

This is how my OpenCode Go dashboard looks like now.
Already exhausted weekly limit
Waiting for it to reset in a day :-(
Can't use Hermes over the weekend

Exhausted Opencode Go weekly limit
Switched to free models for #hermes
Surprisingly I don’t see any deterioration of overall performance
Though I see chatty messages
Don’t know if it is a function of Hermes itself or of underlying model
I would like to know @kejimao views on Chinese and Indian bureaucracy ;
I now IAS officers have a bad repute. But administering a large population is not that easy. How does Chinese administer?
While Piyush Goyal intended to play smart by bad-mouthing China’s business environment, he inadvertently exposed a deeply uncomfortable reality: in India, the ultra-rich are indeed very secure, precisely because they routinely stand above both the law and the people.
What many in India may not realize is that industries monopolized by large conglomerates in India—such as power generation, ports, and telecommunications—are state-managed in China.
The reason is straightforward: these sectors are closely tied to people’s livelihoods and have natural monopoly characteristics, so they are judged by their capacity to serve society rather than by their profit-making ability.
This is why China has long been able to keep electricity prices and freight rates low—they are backed by the power of the state.
By contrast, for most consumer goods, competition among Chinese companies is brutally fierce. The US has only Apple, but China has more than a dozen globally recognized smartphone brands; the US has only Tesla, but China has more than two dozen of EV brands.
Market champions are always the product of intense competition, because the government only sides with the final winners, and no Chinese company can sway government decisions the way Adani or Ambani do in India.
Having said all the above, it is not hard to see that Piyush Goyal’s remarks have unintentionally highlighted a major Chinese advantage: no matter how powerful capital becomes, it cannot override political authority.
It is precisely this degree of political autonomy that allows Chinese decision-makers to remain free from capture by either commercial interests or populist pressures, and to make strategic choices that prioritize long-term outcomes and the interests of the greatest number of people.

Is Enterprise Brain the next big offering?
Bring disjointed information together
Build and spread institutional knowledge
Challenges will be security and access control

Developing this new app (taletoreel) completely using agents:
• slack as interface
• Hermes as agent
• OpenCode Go as model provider
As of now only landing page is here;
Will share more as I go along
What specifics would you want to know?

People keep declaring death of Indian IT industry.
It keeps earning its place in investor's portfolio.
As I have said again and again, Indian IT will not just survive, rather it will thrive.

Don't force folder structure when you start with LLM Wiki. Let it emerge as you use.
I started with WINS since I already organize my folders in that structure.
The sub-folders emerged as I started using the agent more and more.
Replying to @jjude
Everything lives in a wiki
I have been using a framework which I named WINS:
• wealth
• insights
• network
• self
My LLM wiki also follows that structure. I wrote about it here: jjude.com/tech-notes/hermes-…

I used to spend hours reading different portals for relevant market news.
Now #hermes does the job.
Every Sunday, it picks the news and stores it in my Obsidian vault with citations (so I can read more if needed).
One more banal manual task eliminated thanks to agents.
