Shocking customer service at @EE regarding broadband that we had installed last week with them insisting we cancelled it. They delivered the hub 2 weeks ago and it was installed last week. Not worked since and somehow it’s our fault?! What a joke

Unbelievable rudeness by @SpiritAirlines staff when closing gate before advertised at LAX. 30 mins later and the plane is still standing there while 20 people were denied access. No apology, no advice, no hotel, just a rebooking 24 hours later. Pathetic
