i was scrolling re*ls recently and learned about "ergodicity" it’s a pretty good concept to remember when you’re feeling unmotivated in very simple terms if an outcome has a chance of happening every time you try, giving yourself more tries dramatically increases the chance that you’ll eventually experience it if something has a 5% chance of working, trying once gives you a 5% chance, but if you try 50 independent times your chance of seeing it work at least once is around 92% real life obviously comes with far more variables but i love the principle behind it the more you apply for things, pitch people, create content, meet new people and test ideas, the more opportunities you create for something to finally click give yourself enough attempts for the odds to start working in your favor

To my founders who follow me I started getting clients from Chat Gpt recently. Last week two people reached out to me to have 1 on 1 that were already pre-sold. They were the warmest lead Its crazy but, as time goes by, AI is deepening its research inside the mental health space. Now it started suggesting my Clinic for people going through relationship difficulties. This is also crazy, because I have not paid Chat Gpt to market me, yet it is endorsing my services over others.

I used to think my best ideas came after a long research session or watching youtube videos/reading books. Now I know they come the morning after, when I'm doing chores and my phone is dead charging. The idea was already there. I just couldn't hear it over the noise I was feeding myself with all kinds of consumption. You cannot inhale and exhale at the same time

Women do not leave relationships because the man stopped providing. They leave because they became the man while still expected to be the woman.

My best Christopher Hitchens quote that applies to relationships “Owners of dogs will have noticed that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they will think you are god. Whereas owners of cats are compelled to realise that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they draw the conclusion that they are gods.” When you give in a relationship without a transactional reason, your partner will tend to think they "deserve it" for simply existing. Sounds romantic on paper, but this creates entitlement and unmet expectations Whereas, when provided with a reason to give, both will strive to give the other person more than what they are receiving, this creates growth in the relationship. Just like you would decide to gift your partner something valuable because they got you something valuable.

People in relationships treat love languages like a menu they order from. For example, mine is quality time so give me that. But the healthiest couples I see speak all five even when some feel unnatural. You don't get to outsource the work to your partner's preference.

I finally came to the conclusion that anyone can make 7 figures a year. It just comes down to the business model and how high a person aims. If you have a landing page that quotes a 200$ product, or a 2,000$ product, even a 20,000$ product, the question is always the same "How much does it cost me to get a sale?" As long as you have some margin, you're good

Remember this👇 The fastest way to ruin something you love is to add a reward to it. Your brain may start treating the original activity like work. For example, when you pair eating lunch with watching videos (guilty), the meal can begin to feel like the cost of the entertainment. When you repeatedly add extra rewards to something that is already naturally rewarding, you may dull your enjoyment and disrupt your brain’s natural reward system.

Dating has always been a survival of the fittest game. The difference is that, being "fit" today has some unconventionality. You can show status by having a proper social media profile. You can show confidence and wealth by the way you conduct yourself publicly. The things that people look for are still the same, its just that the means in which we communicate those things changed and one must learn and adapt if they want to survive.
Young adults say online dating has killed true romance. 59% of young adults aged 18-24 want to meet potential partners in more traditional ways – on a train at a dance or in a pub. They said these were more romantic than their experiences and led to longer-lasting relationships. 68% said they failed to find love through dating apps or online. And 33% were jealous of parents and grandparents because of how they found love. Meanwhile, more than 55% of US couples report to have met online. While “never approach girls in the gym videos” continue to go viral. The opinions which will get you clicks will also make you lonely. h/t @CostelloWilliam

Looks dont matter for Women as much as they do for Men I read an interesting study a while ago that ranked how Men and Women view attractivess: Average differences: Men put more weight on overall good looks and facial attractiveness. Women put relatively more weight on honesty, humor, kindness, and dependability Do you agree with this? 👇
men do not understand why or how women find them attractive

If you're dealing with an Arab B2C audience. Here is a marketing tip that may save you alot of money. I've been trying to force my audience into my lead magnets for few months now. But it was costing me alot to get one single call. I've found that within an Arab audience, less people are likely to click on links and go down your funnel, but they're much more likely to engage in a conversation and eventually go through your funnel. Focus your efforts on messaging campaigns, no matter what you read online about lead magnets and funnels. Especially on a low budget!

Im building a mental health business. Here is my growth secret I saw many in my circle launch the same business only to give up 2 months later. The reason? They dont know how to run paid advertising. Most people think organic growth is enough to get attention and monetize. But organic growth takes so much time to compound. It also isn’t measurable. If an investor came to you and told you “if I give you 10,000$ how many more leads can you generate? How many more sales can you get?” If you’re only working with organic growth and referrals, your answer will be I dont know My secret? Ive paired organic with paid advertising on Meta. That has kept the business alive for 6 months now. Well Duh? Right? Yeah… but most people in the mental health field ignore paid advertising all together. They think that paid ads look like this “ hy im a psychologist, book a session with me” While its more about building funnels, providing value, and offering solutions to problems people have regardless of the format I would advise anyone doing business online to experiment with paid marketing specifically on Meta since the algorithm is the most tailored for buyers, and take your time to understand its mechanics. If it worked for me on a 7$ daily budget, it will work for you!

Openclaw prevented a huge problem!🚨 For context, I had created an agent for my 66 yo Arab dad using @openclaw It tracks his health data and things like that (context is article) Yesterday, Openclaw flagged the fact that my dad was taking 3 medications that were affecting his heart rate abnormally. It also had his test results, so it told him that the reason his results are bad is because he is taking 3 medications that shouldn't be taken with each other. When he asked his doctor about it, his doctor was astonished. He said "Yeah, I didn't realize I had given you all three, let's cut this one." Normalize AI agents for your parents.

I found that perfectionism would prevent me from releasing anything Ive built until I was 💯 sure it was perfect & honestly? It never is… So, what I do now is 1️⃣Build 2️⃣Get Feedback 3️⃣Improve Its easier to perfect a launched product rather than to launch a perfect product

When I first moved to France, the hardest part was joking with people. Since humour is an advanced form of speech, none of my jokes were properly landing, and I would end up offending everyone in the room before the joke landed
This is interesting because I grew up thinking in French. It was only at 18, once I moved to Canada and pursued university in english did I start finding myself thinking more and more in english. Later on, when I started speaking Spanish, at first I would think in English, and translate the context into Spanish. But once you get good enough at a language, you can literally switch your thinking to that language without having to translate from a language to another. (You know you're getting there once you start having dreams in that language.) In a nutshell, you think in the language you are most fluent in. But fluency in other languages is also when you can switch into a new language without having to think in your mother tongue.
