It’s not every day you get to coach against one of your life long friends! Good luck to @nickzaji and the Salado Eagles the rest of the season. Hope we can meet up again in the playoffs!

Jordan here. Driving back from Houston, decided to stop by Huntsville to check out Sam Houston’s new stadium. As a side quest, I looked at their first original football stadium from the 1910s with some beautiful stone bleachers from the WPA in the 30s. @BearkatsFB

This should be the LAST game of college football on a Friday Night in the state of Texas! You can have Thursday night. You can have all day Saturday. But you should NOT have Friday Night. Hell this should be the rule across the country!! Friday’s belong to high school ball.

Dan Campbell has a special spot in his heart for high school football. I asked the Lions head coach if he had a message for players and coaches beginning their seasons. His answer was as fantastic as you’d expect it to be.

Boys Of Fall would not have been the same without my good friend @SeanPayton. This is Sean giving a pregame speech in Naperville, Illinois where he played High School football. This speech wasn’t scripted. He spoke from heart. Sean is a great football coach but he is a great communicator and motivator. This speech still gives me chills. Sean I am forever grateful. It’s football season everyone. KC

“When you start building a program and build your foundation in toughness, that’s not an easy thing to do. It’s one thing to say, it’s another to live it every single day. Toughness isn’t about fighting people. Toughness is a mental aspect to the way you approach every day,” Brent Key

You won’t outrun these Gobblers. Rocking a green lid with crisp white decals, Cuero @GobblerFB is geared up to make plenty of noise this season. Thanks, Coach Fikac @jfswt, for trusting Au, the champion brand for Texas HS Football. #Au #CustomizeYourLegacy #txhsfb
