Teeing it up in the final group at the Dunhill was something a younger me only ever dreamed of. Wasn’t to be for me today but thank you to everybody back home for the support, what an experience. Excited for more opportunities! ☘️
Have been relatively inactive on socials the last while. Despite some really positive signs this year, it’s still been tough.
Regardless of the pain this game inflicts, I love absolutely everything about it and I’ll keep going.
Thank you as always for the love and support ❤️
I followed John Murphy, a former decorated Am for the final nine holes Friday at the @HPlanner_Tour in hopes to write a redemption story about his first made cut in a year
Instead I watched the most gut-wrenching 9 holes I've ever seen live.

Side note - Ryan @acaseofthegolf1 is incredible at what he does and documents everything you will probably never see about professional golf. If you’re into golf and you don’t follow him - get on it
Was paired with Tom last week, very easy to see this coming. When you match that level of talent with the mentality of a veteran it makes for a pretty nice cocktail. Congrats bro @tommckibbin8. ⭐️
Smiling through it all.. Not the Sunday I was after but was great to feel my game come back this week. Been a difficult spell for me, thank you to my team and sponsors for the continued support through it all. Excited for the rest of the year 👊
Feeling right at home at my first @DPWorldTour event of the year in Ras Al Khaimah. Warming up next to a GAA pitch has its perks. Hopefully not the only 65 this week
Rest in Peace Paudie Palmer. An incredibly charismatic man with so much passion for and commitment to his work. Thank you for everything you did for sports in West Cork and beyond, there will never be another quite like you
Golf is hard man. Not the finish I wanted to the year but very grateful for everything that happened in 2022. Excited for some well needed rest before getting ready for the 2023 season 🎄🤌
Honestly have no words. An absolute dream come true and can’t thank my team around me enough for helping me to reach this point through a lot of hard work and sacrifice. Only the beginning 🙌
Final event of the season done on the @challengetour. Finished top 45 in the season long rankings which gets me into the grand finals in 2 weeks 🙌
Special thank you to my sponsors, my team and to everybody who has reached out throughout the season in support, means a lot!
Wish I could play at home every week. Really appreciate all the support and well wishes out there. Special thank you to my team and sponsors for their constant support. Excited for the rest of the year ☘️
Hard to put into words how good that was. Great to be part of an event that gives back so much. Thank you to @jpmcmanusproam, @theadaremanor and the McManus family. 2 days that I will remember forever.

Constantly criticized, constantly slated by the media and never given any credit for how good he really is. Rory Mcilroy was born to be a superstar. Whatever happens, what an effort that was
First 4 weeks of the season done in South Africa, 2 top 20’s the last couple of weeks.. Plenty good and plenty to improve on. Home for 2 weeks to reset and get ready to go again ✈️
Top 20 finish this week.. Getting there!! More importantly how about that first half performance from Cork 👀🔴⚪️
Just gotta keep learning and getting better. Loved every second of playing on the PGA Tour and I’m already excited to be back. Thanks to @Power4Seamus for a very enjoyable few days. Heading to 🇿🇦 to start the Challenge Tour season. Game feels great and excited for the year ahead!
