Firms involved in the Grenfell refurbishment have thrown the inquiry into chaos by intimating they won’t give evidence unless they get an immunity from prosecution. They should get up on the stand and tell the damn truth - just as every firefighter did. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-51296935
