The Fillmore heavyweights—led by JT the Bigga Figga and San Quinn—took it as a direct threat to the neighborhood. When Richie Rich rolled into SF to perform at The Stone on Broadway along with The Gov & 2Pac, the Fillmore sent a mob to crash the stage after they started performing the song. 2Pac didn't even know what the beef was about, but when he saw his friend outnumbered, he grabbed a mic stand and swung on the entire crowd.
