Last words, anti-warrant $GME holders.
There’s a difference between
leaving it up for chance.
And knowing for fact they won’t hit.
@ryancohen is undeniably the 2nd.
He’s smarter than you understand. Most of you are retarded.
He knew exactly how his decisions would trade.
I am finally done with $GME
I am selling my final shares tomorrow.
@ryancohen and @larryvc will one day atone for their sins and betrayal of shareholders in the VWAP, the warrants, and lack of shareholder value. Karma coming.
Fuck every douche who still can’t call them out.
This is going to go down as a historic lie.
The $GME VWAP exchange was a swindle of epic proportions.
@larryvc you good, bro?
Who the fuck would have approved of the VWAP? And why did Larry think we would just forget about it with this explanation?
What a conman.
What debt holders value about debt is downside protection. What they give up is upside.
What equity holders value about equity is upside participation. What they give up is downside protection.
Therefore, when debt holders voluntarily choose to convert from debt to equity, it’s because they value the upside potential of owning the equity more than the downside protection of owning the debt.
It’s a vote of confidence in the company.
We are at the point where we actually cannot trust someone because of their stance on Israel.
With @ryancohen treating $GME shares like they are candy and passing out to hedge funds who are owned by the Jews.
I can’t wait to see who was involved in the VWAP. My bet… all Jews.
GameStop Chairman Ryan Cohen's stance on Israel is the elephant in the room.
While people have been making their own assumptions (due to his public associations and his brother Brad Cohen's Twitter account) on whether or not he is a Zionist, I'd like to present some information without bias. This is not the article I mentioned earlier but is it related.
Multiple Cohen family members have endowment funds in their names at Montreal's Congregation Chevra Kadisha B’nai Jacob, commonly known as 'The Chevra.' We can connect the Alice, Ryan & Candice, & Ted Cohen to each other and The Chevra thanks to Alice's public obituary in the pictures below. The goal of these endowment funds is to support synagogue activities such as education and youth programs.
The Chevra explicitly states that it is a strong supporter of Israel and that it is a history of investing in Israel bonds and the Jewish National Fund. How is Israel using that raised money today?
Through their active fundraisers, we can see The Chevra is raising money to "Protect, Defend & Rebuild" Israel as well as "adopt the city of Bila Tserkva" in Ukraine. Per it's own fundraiser description, the city has had a consistent Jewish population since the year 1589.
But for real…
Why the VWAP?
What is the $500m?
When is the presentation coming?
What did you mean by bet against us?
And of course, what is judgment day?
The way you treat $GME shareholders should be an actual crime @larryvc @ryancohen
No serious company would allow this.
$GME has never seen a dip it doesn’t like.
Do you blame anyone?
@ryancohen treats your shares like they are free candy on Halloween.
$500m to a hedge fund here. Dilution to save a hedge fund there.
For you? Dips only.
$GME holders are the persecuted. I get it. I am one of them.
What they don’t realize is that they and @ryancohen are the laughing stock of Wall Street.
RC has made billions and they are poors who have gotten drained by RC hedge fund deals.
Yet they defend him with their lives.
Investing in $GME and @ryancohen summed up perfectly in a single chart.
I understand, you sold your $GME warrants the second you got them.
However, if you are a @ryancohen diehard, you realize how this would be blasphemy, right?
The more diehard you are, the more costly RC becomes. Unless you’re a HF of course.
Are you not understanding that?
So many $GME investors are anti warrants and ran a victory lap against the most loyal GME holders.
What they fail to realize is it wasn’t warrant in the money vs. not.
It was, is @ryancohen working for hedge funds or for shareholders?
He’s a hedgie.
You will be baggies too.
If @TheRoaringKitty didn’t come back during warrants, I can’t imagine he would come back any time soon.
$GME catalysts are going to be few and far between for a while.
@ryancohen is not a big catalyst guy, unless it’s a 25% losing day. He loves those catalysts.

“But but @ryancohen just bought $100m worth of $GME shares”
Yes, yes he did. He also gave away $500m of extra shares and cash to hedge funds in the VWAP exchange.
Zero explanation still.
Where’s the presentation we were promised?
Is it judgment day yet?
Do you approve of @ryancohen and @larryvc and their results with @gamestop and $GME overall performance?
38%Yes
62%No

If you make a dividend warrant with a strike price and gift it to holders, and it doesn’t go into the money, you failed.
Thats all.
You failed @ryancohen
It’s not rocket science. But it’s obvious failure on full display.
With $GME sentiment this low, recent insider buys indicating no MNPI, and the warrant strike miss…
Am I crazy to think the only direction to go from here is down for the short term?
@ryancohen really set us up for a major 💣
Why do $GME investors get so defensive?
It’s like, the sentiment sucks right now. It’s been a lot of years. And yeah, I decided to make an account a couple weeks ago, because I thought this was it.
Why do you have to defend @ryancohen with your life? Are we where you expected?
In all my years invested in $GME and being a Reddit / Twitter lurker, this feels like the lowest point for @gamestop and @ryancohen in terms of retail sentiment.
I know personally, I am at rock bottom.
Do you guys think we ever get an explanation from @larryvc and @ryancohen the urgency behind the VWAP? And the neglect behind the warrants?
Or why RC kept buying higher to bait morons like me into the warrants?
Sick of $GME, LC, and RC. Absolutely had enough.
After this betrayal, I am hoping $GME goes to $0.
The holders of this stock deserve nothing less than bankruptcy.
@ryancohen is the ultimate back stabber.
