More customer service woes, this time with @Lenovo @lenovo_UKI. I ordered a desktop on 25th Nov, with delivery date of 1st Dec. Still hasn't arrived 2 months later.

Customer service, when they do respond, seems to be on an endless email loop of "very sorry please wait 5 days for an update" which never arrives. Starting to feel like I've been scammed. Maybe foolishly, I expected better from Lenovo.
