Every time I meet a Senco , I think what actually are they trained to do? Certainly ( I mean the ones I have met ) have no idea re Autism/ ADHD.
They appear at all costs to be to defend the school and it’s lack of inclusion. This I hope is just my experience.

My son is autistic, v bright & EBSA. Fobbed off initially by CAMHS & EHNCA declined 🤬our GP has been phenomenal 🙏A truly shocking 12 months, thank god my son was in Yr 11 when he had his breakdown so the end was in sight. Our education “system” is broken.
