quick question to gmail users who have used nintype there, in the newer ios or your newer phones do you notice lag when typing? I have noticed this on exclusively the gmail app, but not sure if it still exists on the newer phones

Phew, I still have this account it seems. Anyway, nintype 2 beta soon, improvements to every single aspect of the app. I tested it pretty much on my aging iphone x so I have no idea how it’d work on the newer phones. Who has a duo?

Just read about George Hotz and twitter. Seems like pitting someone from jailbreaking and self driving tech background into doing react and backend code was ill fated to begin with.. If anyone has more details about it I’m curious to read
One final note: if somehow nintype just stops working on ios, well, I’ll buy a Mac studio and start getting back to it. However it still works and these tweets are written with nintype. Works fine except for the frequent restarts 💀
Also maybe I’ve mentioned it before but around 2015 I tried to get into voice recognition and apply some of what I learned from nintype into it. Didn’t get anywhere because of the rabbit hole that is game development 💀
Okay quick update time. Nintype 2 _may_ be on the table for 2023 if the stars align. That is, if I end up having to port my game to ios, which means a chance to siphon some of the time for nintype development. Small chance though

Logged in to the app store again to update some agreement for nintype and after a minute of this, I see not much have changed in the apple web services department
Apologies if you couldn’t download nintype recently. I forgot that the $150 apple takes from developers each year doesn’t work when my credit card has changed, so my developer program expired. Ah, the tithes modern developers have to pay..

Just heard about coin master. Having spent the past few years working with server apps and opengl, this might be what made me buy a new Mac for development, not nintype
