Partly sunny, mild and breezy with afternoon highs in the mid 70s across the Lowcountry for Halloween.
A gusty east to northeast breeze will develop this afternoon and relax a bit into the evening hours.
Temperatures will fall through the 70s and into the 60s for trick-or-treating.

COASTAL FLOODING, HIGH SURF & MARINE HAZARDS PERSIST
Strong onshore flow will continue to create issues for coastal communities through the middle of the week as higher than normal tides will allow for periods of tidal flooding, some major, over the next few days.
The worst flooding will be with Monday morning's tide, but at least minor to moderate flooding is expected both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Large waves on top of the incoming high tides will allow for continued beach erosion and surf hazards including dangerous rip currents.
A Gale Warning remains in effect for coastal waters as hazardous marine conditions will continue today.
Outside of impacts to coastal communities, I expect plenty of sunshine and pleasantly warm afternoons through the weekend. Look for steadily warming high temperatures into the upper 70s by Thursday and Friday. Overnight lows will climb, as well, with upper 40s to start the week rising through the 50s by Friday morning.

SATURDAY'S TUMBLING TEMPERATURES
A strong cold front will sweep across the Palmetto State late tonight.
Temperatures will be near 70° for most of the Lowcountry around sunrise Saturday.
A gusty north wind, as high as 30-35 mph, will develop and allow temperatures to fall through the 60s and into the upper 50s by sunset.
