Appalling customer service by @sykescottages. We were advised we couldn’t check into our cottage on Sat due to a “maintenance issue”. After 1 night we found out why - the. property was infested with bed bugs!! The owner knew this and ask us to still check in. This was the result
We left the property as soon as we identified the issue and have since being trying to get a refund on our booking at Bal An Mor. We have spent most of today on the phone to @sykescottages who have refused to see this as an urgent issue!! Beware if using this company!

Great article by @jules_pearce outlining how an integrated transport network can unlock the potential of the region citing how the rail link and the £100m inv at @LBIAirport will support an almost doubling in passengers. Hopefully @TracyBrabin will push the rail link fwd.
