Today @HigherLearnADV and @TS_Coalition announced a thing- beginning June 1, all HLA work will fall under @TS_Coalition! I'm so excited to see what's to come. Many changes ahead - including that @TanyaMAng will succeed me in serving as Executive Director. Read more below:

Hi all, it's been a minute. But...the House just introduced a bipartisan Workforce Pell bill, and this is great news for #todaysstudents. (THREAD BELOW!)
Workforce Pell will significantly benefit #todaysstudents. Yes, a bachelor’s degree is still the golden ticket to the middle class. And yes, we should absolutely NOT track students with low-incomes into “lesser programs.” But Workforce Pell does the exact opposite. 4/
Workforce Pell - and this bill - instead opens opportunities for #todaysstudents and provides a choice to gain needed skills, credentials necessary for employment, and a starting point to a degree or additional certificate. END
