Received my first Canada Council Grant, and will be making a short film, "Wok Hei," in the Spring of 2022. More details in the coming months, but I'll be assembling cast and crew, and reaching out to many of you for lots of help, so look forward to that!
Friends with kids, Season 4 of The Deep will be arriving sometime in the future, but until then, you've got the first 3 to tide you over on Netflix 🙂

Carolina: I have an important question.
Me: Yes?
Carolina: Before meeting me, did you like pineapple on pizza?
Me: Hated it.
Carolina: I love you.

I’m sorry, Papa John’s, but a heart shaped delivery chain pizza is not a viable last minute mother’s day gift.
The truth about having a golden retriever: no one will ever believe you when you say you swept the floor just a few minutes ago.
“Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.”
Well, I’m quite sure I can pull off ‘merry’ for a day, but 365 consecutive days of unremitting happiness? That’s quite the ordeal. Will you permit me a twice weekly respite of introspective sadness?

Well there it is. I (barely) heard the voice of @Sethrogen on the Skytrain today. Money well spent?
“I have a question. That guy from Star Trek -“
“Patrick Stewart?”
“Yes. Was he also in Dirty Dancing?”
