Another rule at #ALM that has helped us stay disciplined and safe during these times - 3x3x3 rule.
Never hold a bidirectional perp position for more than 3 hours if not in the green, for bigger than a 3% loss, or more than 3x leverage.
99.9% of a trade is the effort before entry - if it's not going correctly then exit and DYOR again for an entry before the move.
"Never do one large transfer, and only keep 5-15% of your crypto on any single CEX at one time. If multiple CEXs go down your stress shouldn't go up."

Think about what that means.
