Now that I’ve had some time to think on it here are my thoughts on the dodgers season. First and foremost, we as a dodgers fan base are spoiled and very lucky. We won 3 championships in 6 seasons and because we didn’t win every year people are calling for the firing of Robert’s and to tear this thing down. That’s just asinine. Now, here is what I do believe needs to happen: - get younger: we are old as a team and have some kids ready to step up. I think that means players like Rojas, kike, Phillips, vesia, and a few others are likely gone - keep Skubal: offer him the brinks truck and build on pitching - make a massive trade: it’s time to stop hoarding these prospects if the dodgers don’t plan to play them. Trade for a Bobby Witt jr or Elly de la Cruz. Get that next MVP and ride it out. - get healthy: you’re no longer the last team playing. Take this time to get these old guys healthy and rested for another run next year. Lastly, am I disappointed in the 2026 dodgers? No not at all, they fought until they couldn’t fight anymore. I’m actually proud of them. They defended a championship, then they came within 8 games of defending another one. Anyone who says we choked or dynasty over, I disagree whole heartedly and if anything I think this will push the dodgers to get better and be better. Now do I think they will win it all next year? That’s a hard question to answer, but I do think they will contend, but only if they do the things I listed above. Go dodgers and thank you for a terrific season! @Dodgers

As a dodgers fan I am usually nervous, this time around I’m not. Maybe because we’ve won back to back and I am content, or because I know how good the brewers are. Nonetheless, I am excited for a fun series. Hope it lives up to the hype.
