I can't wait to get back to the gym. Once over these health issues I am experiencing, got lots of making up to do. Thanks for the continued words of support ❤️ – at Stamford, CT

Dear Americans, I am a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and I want to tell you something. Freedom is not measured in dollars. Freedom is not measured by the price of diesel in your car’s tank. Freedom is measured by a nation’s willingness to fight for its country, its people, and its right to exist. We Ukrainians know the price of freedom. We pay it in blood. Every single day. We will continue striking Russian military targets. We will continue fighting Russian invaders on land, at sea, and in the sky. In Ukraine and wherever Russia wages its war against us. Because we are not fighting for money, oil, or comfort. We are fighting for our homeland. For our future. For our FREEDOM. And we will never surrender it.

Been a rather rough two months here health wise. Sorry for not responding, but physical issues took hold of mental ones as well. Working my way back! 1st day today with no pain. Hit gym, albeit slowly. You can see, I got work to do. Thanks for the love and support. – at Stamford, CT

CNN got the extended version of the much propagandized clip of @AOC & @NYCMayor Zohran Mamdani & it demolishes all the bad faith attacks. Extended footage shows Zohran standing in somber mood before AOC comes. They exchange greetings & return to somber mood thereafter.

I've been down, but I'm not out! More health issues (damned sciatica) and heavy work load kept me away these past few weeks. Sorry those DMing me. I got some catching up to do, at the gym and here. – at Stamford, CT
