Want to be more environmentally friendly this Christmas? Swap out some of the Christmas cards you plan to send with an eCard instead! With a range of designs, including animated cards, you can show your friends, family AND the planet that you care: tsa.link/ChristmasCards
Rather than send/give out #Christmas cards this year (with a couple of exceptions) I decided to donated to the @salvationarmyuk.
I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and best wishes for 2025.

Improvements to the road surface on #Parkway, #Chelmsford, are on track to complete southbound section on 1 Nov.
Due to local emergency gas works, plans are delayed for northbound until 2025.
This delay is to avoid inconvenience caused by overlapping works in the city centre.
Pleased the sale of disposable #vapes to be banned in Eng from June.
These vapes are difficult to recycle & end up in landfill, where batteries leak battery #acid, #lithium, & #mercury.
In 2022, vapes were discarded containing 40 + tonnes of lithium, enough to power 5,000 EV’s. teapaw.org/judedeakin/status/1849…

Object of the Month! Culture Services Manager Marc has chosen Sir Grayson Perry's 'Chelmsford Sissies'.
"I’ve chosen the Sissies Pot as great example of how art can also help us explore complex topics like gender, class, and society."

ALT A green and orange ceramic pot displayed in a glass case. On the pot is a scene of men walking down a street wearing dresses.

ALT "Grayson’s imaginative short story behind the artwork speaks to his own lived experiences growing up in Chelmsford. I’d love to see an annual Sissies of Chelmsford parade. I can just imagine the men of Chelmsford donning pretty dresses and wooden swords and dancing down Moulsham Street—celebrating our district as a safe place to explore one’s identity."
We will be at Subway opposite @AngliaRuskin Bishop Hall Lane, #Chelmsford for our Marconi / West councillor surgery Saturday between 9.15-10.15. Why not drop by for a chat?
