FOR ONE MONTH, HE SUFFERED. Just a puppy. A baby who should have been running, playing and discovering how wonderful life could be. Instead, Steve had… A broken pelvis. A fractured spine. Back legs he couldn’t use. A little body dragging itself across the ground. Crying in pain. A tail crusted in feces because he couldn’t move away from his own waste. His elderly owner, overwhelmed with 20+ dogs, tried. But Steve needed more help than she could give. So we stepped in. X-rays. Diagnostics. Pain management. Crate rest. And a call to our dear Herd frens, experts in traumatic injuries. And then something incredible happened. STEVE WALKED. That broken little puppy got up and WALKED! But his journey is far from over. Steve still needs medical care, physical therapy, rehabilitation and possibly surgery. He’s already spent a month of his short life suffering. We want to give him YEARS of happiness. Years of running, playing, being loved and simply getting to be a dog. Every donation TODAY will help Steve get the care he desperately needs. Whether it’s $5, $10 or $25, every dollar matters. Steve hasn’t given up. And we’re not giving up on Steve. Please help us give this brave little boy the life he’s fought so hard to have.
