i think a 4 day week would genuinely be the most transformational policy of a generation. would improve life in so many ways.
🚨 NEW: 67% of Tory voters back a reduced four day working week of 32 hours if they don’t lose any pay [@DailyMirror]

there is something uniquely insufferable about UK politicians talking about US politics
The brilliant election results from our sister party @TheDemocrats in the United States shows us something important about politics: Hope and love trumps money and division. “The first light of dawn is on the horizon” - @ossoff 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

Farage is one who says “Bridish”
Replying to @willuminare
Weirdly enough, it's the very same posh totties who don't use the glottal stop who are switching to the tapped r/ soft d. Ironic.

mental that a former PM is just going around posting like this
How about apologising for your family's role in communism - the most evil ideology on the planet?

absolutely pathetic
Aston Villa will initiate legal action against Jamie Carragher for his unacceptable insults about the Club and its fans. Aston Villa will not allow anyone to stop our ascension in English and European football. Nassef Sawiris, Chairman

I find the difference between the British “yessss” to the continental European “ohhhhhh” very fascinating

Fusing economics and business as two subjects that “might as well be the same thing” reveals how much you know about what you’re on about.
The UK needs to make Economics/Business a compulsory GCSE bro

always find this funny.
The Royal Mail is a centuries old organisation that is a part of the country’s DNA. It should be in public hands. So much damage has been done in the last decade, with valuable assets stripped, but the case has never been stronger!

What a system! I hope a future left-wing party talks more about disposable income.
The grim reality dominating British politics.

How odd!
Weird that he's got no breathing space, considering he's on instagram boasting about his 6 house portfolio...?

it’s time to talk about the pretty privilege in football. If Kane wasn’t seen as “clunky” he’d have been undisputed winner
hate to admit but let’s say Mbappe/Lamine/Olise scored this , this goal would be rated hell of a lot higher😭

Immense respect for the people who paid €1 to enter the obvious Messi vs Ronaldo fanboy contest to vote for Karl-Heinz Rummenigge’s 1981 season
Cristiano Ronaldo's 2008 Ballon d'Or win has been voted the 'Ballon d'Or of All Time' ahead of Lionel Messi in 2012.🏆

I think the term Mayor has been adopted as a way of creating a British term for regional leader - Premier in Australia, Governor in USA, etc,
they need to give these regions legislatures if they want to give them so much money. and call them regions. and stop calling their leaders mayors! call them governors, premiers, first ministers i don't care. they aren't mayors!

Seriously, I cannot stand the people who salivate about the idea of taking old peoples’ pensions off of them. What an uncaring, selfish thing to propose

do you really believe this? really? not that he’s an Arsenal fan, or that he’s probably more focused on the Socrates Award because of its and his shared community ethos?
I love Saka but the lengths Corbyn went through here to not post a picture of a white man are 🤣🤣🤣
