Glasner needs to show his 'Elite' credentials. How can he not see that MGW outside the 10 position is a pointless exercise. Schlager simply hasn't got the skills to be creative. McAtee is trying and Ndoye and Delap are giving us nothing at all at the moment.

Glasner needs to get rid of this social media culture. Everyday, players are posting shit on socials instead of spending extra time on the training pitch. I'd be fuming if I'd just lost a game and my players were straight in their phones posting crap. It breeds weak mentalities.

Glasner has had a single transfer window. This stuff takes time. We are 14th, improving and I'm not throwing the towel in. Players need to react next week. Bring Dominguez and sangare in, chuck MGW in his natural position and we will get something out of the game .

Regardless of the result, we need to bring the noise back to the city ground next week. Yes, players need to step up but they also need us to do our bit. We've made the ground a fortress before, we can do it again.
