Please take some time to step outside and enjoy the beauty of nature! While you’re at it, see if you can identify the mushrooms featured in this video. Let’s embrace the wonders around us! 🍄🌿
Class. 👏🏻
For World Mental Health day, our first-team players united to tackle mental health challenges in the North East by sharing personal wellbeing tips.
We've placed each message in @InPostUK lockers at @NU_Foundation, encouraging locals to 'open up' about their mental wellbeing.

I have a strong family history with both the Merchant Navy and the @RoyalNavy. This footage shows something rather lovely, poignant and respectful 🙏🏻
Today is Merchant Navy Day, a day for us to honour our brave seafarers - past, present and future ⚓️
#Liverpool has marked the day with a service at @LiverpoolParish followed by an act of remembrance at the Merchant Navy Memorial at the Pier Head #MerchantNavyDay 💙
Today, on #MerchantNavyDay, we remember the huge contribution that the UK’s #MerchantNavy has made to national war efforts, from the First World War to the Falklands Conflict, and the many tragic losses they have suffered. #Remembrance

Zazen is not meditation. It is not a mental exercise, a thing you do with your mind. It is not focused on practices that are antidotes to afflictive states or secondary consciousness. It is not about attaining a special state, being relaxed, or solving your problems.
💯 All best wishes to @JamesTCobbler. Recognition of central role of mental health (and trauma issues) reflects a more humane and human view of life 👏🏻 And IMHO more likely to serve society better 🍀
