Screenshot from viral post generator looking like a linkedin post with the text: How to be successful in life? Leave home and use <button>; to display a button, find your own place to live and use again. Then you may shoot for the stars. I used in different places several times during my career and it was key to my success. If you think “well how is this possible”, you will fail in business 100%. So, to recap, the secret of success: All you have to do is use <button> to display a button and follow me on Linkedin.

When I joined twitter 13 years ago, we still had to use things like the IE PNG fix to be able to use transparent PNG in IE6, we were using various CSS hacks for cross-browser support, and Chrome was just released recently. Time flies.

Huh, since when does Chrome offer the option to create a QR-Code of a page directly from the URL bar? I really like the dino in the QR-Code :-)

I really like currentColor. With .a { border: 1px solid currentColor; } the border color will automatically adjust to the current color of the element. Demo: jsbin.com/hefafazumu/1/edit?…
Headline with text "border: 1px solid currentColor;". Beneath are two boxes, one with a black background and white text color and the other with white background and black color. In the first box the text is "I have a white border because element has color: white;" - in the second box it says "I have a black border because element has color: black;"

Almost there to get my bookmarks from Pocket and show them on my Eleventy-based blog. It is really fun to work with @eleven_ty
Code snippet using Nunjucks. At the top a h1 with text "Reading list", underneath a list with a for loop which goes over data fetched from Pocket. In the loop a image is printed and a h2 with the link to the url of the bookmark.

How would you code this with CSS Grid? There are 16 items here, and there can be 100s - so this pattern should repeat every 16 items. The black boxes should be empty, the others are images. Can't find a solution here without repeating myself a lot.
