Seattle deserves an expansion team more than any other city after they got screwed in 2008.
I’ve already quit watching MLB and the NFL after Oakland got fucked. I’m definitely going to stop watching the NBA once Curry retires. Fuck all of these leagues.
Seattle is no longer considered a lock for an NBA expansion team, Adam Silver has informed team owners, per @WindhorstESPN.
The league is reportedly using Mexico City as a potential alternative to pressure Seattle’s bidding group into raising its offer.

Too often in 2024 we turned to the opposing broadcast for commentary on the final season because the A’s turned their backs on fans, not even mentioning the obvious and inevitable. So here’s all the clips from that final game.
Last season was like an 81-game funeral. And that final game was the final casket drop…too many emotions to articulate.
We received thousands of DM’s, messages, and emails all year long from fellow fans and those meant the world to us. All we had was an each other because the organization failed us. We’ll forever be grateful for the sense of community in those final days at our beloved Oakland Coliseum.
