When interviewing, honesty matters. But being overly critical of past employers can raise red flags. Great candidates show both professionalism and a growth mindset.
No program, district, or leader is perfect. The best educators and coaches understand that mistakes happen, and the goal is always to learn and improve.
A great reminder that if you're pursuing the next opportunity, make sure it's driven by growth and not frustration!
