So kind of @JetBlue to board everyone on the plane (so they can close the door and “depart on-time”) and then right after they close the door they tell us we can’t leave because they have to replace a tire. I always want to spend as much time as possible on the actual airplane.

Oh I know that stat. It’s a very cherry picked stat so I decided to keep track after I saw it. He’s 0-12 since that stat was published. I would love to see that stat extrapolated to the final 2-3 mins and weighted for playoff games.

It’s tough when people aren’t respected by companies but wear it as a badge of honor. If you work an incident all night, you shouldn’t be expected to then work a full shift. It’s not about being “tough” or “strong”. You’re ensuring the cycle continues and help/change isn’t coming

One thing I've never understood is the pressure put on mgrs to hire certain candidates just because they're there. Suddenly, critical aspects of the JD are irrelevant just because we need to hire someone. If that's the case, change the JD and open the potential talent pool.
