It is a truly sad day as we mourn the passing of @UKYMartinSchool great, Dr. Dwight Denison.
Dwight was a friend and mentor and I wouldn't be where I am in life without him. He will be remembered for his kindness and generosity and will be missed by the @abfm_aspa community

Excited to share my working paper on the effects of state credit enhancement for school debt. This may be one of those "too good to be true" policies where a state pledge (but no actual state funding) could save districts $millions and mitigate disparity in school infrastructure.
