Proud. Happy. Impressed! Just a few emotions I have about the job Coach Ball and The East Bernard coaching staff have done this year! Won’t convince me , under the circumstances, that they have not done one of the best jobs of coaching in the entire State Of Texas .

Once again Class 2A-Division I Region IV is absolutely loaded!! Are we looking at two Ganado vs Shiner games in 2026? Is a young Refugio squad going to remain a contender? Is there a CenTex sleeper?? ($) #txhsfb @dctf

Jr. High Summer League came to an end tonight. Thank you to all parents and coaches that made this happen. Basketball is a fun sport that continues to gain momentum. Congratulations to your Granger Lady Lions going 2-0 in the final games. Going 5-3 overall this summer!

The 2026 Kid camp was a tremendous success over the past 3 days. The kids learned a lot, but most importantly their love for the game grew.

Day one of the 1st Annual Team Basketball Camp, hosted by Coach Zach Daugherty, was a huge success. The girls are locked in.
Day 2 tomorrow, to fine tune what they learned today.

You may not like it - but if someone is 💯 with you & genuine in their feedback, be willing to work & follow through on your end. Appreciate the fact that they are real with you & will hold you to a higher standard

THE STANDARD IS THE STANDARD
Sean Miller said, "That's not my job to please people. My job is to hold that f*** standard right here, and not ever, ever, ever give in to it."
Great teams set high standards and they live to them.
They don't settle.

It’s never about being ‘perfect’. It’s about teaching others to give consistent effort.
You can give someone the answers to the test, but you can’t take it for them. Effort is a non-negotiable

What is “MUDITA?”
Pure joy in seeing your teammates succeed.
“If you can be as happy for your teammates success, as if you did it yourself, the sky is the limit.”

Medals are always something to be proud of, but what makes me the proudest is the heart, grit, and growth each of my runners show every day. Every single one of them earned a PR this weekend, and that is truly worth celebrating, great job at the Lexington Showdown!
