Turning conflict into dialogue. Turning dialogue into peace.
Through mediation training, Women have gained practical skills in active listening, effective communication, conflict analysis, negotiation, problem-solving and impartial dispute resolution.
Now, they are equipped to bridge differences, resolve disputes and strengthen peaceful, cohesive communities.
Let’s turn these skills into action and make dialogue our first response to conflict.
