The sad thing is mostly all of HS players think they are "too good" for USports and likely aren't watching this Final 8.
90+ pct of them are not good enough for USports.
In fact, most USports players would give them the absolute business.

I have been waiting for almost 2 yrs for lost luggage compensation. @AirCanada forced me to go through the Canadian Transportation Agency & join a queue of over 30,000 others.
@AirCanada your carry on baggage policy is terrible for customer service.
Prob: On large number of flights, you cannot accomodate all carry on bags
You soln: Ask cust to check bags, then threaten and finally force cust to check.
Result: Consistent terrible cust experience.

Anyone these are just the ideas I thought of while boarding. I would love to hear your thoughts and what else you could do. I'm not sure about flying on @AirCanada in the future. Not that this will change your approach,
